This is an upgrade for the C4 (1988 - 1996) Corvette rear wheel hub shaft-yoke that is prone to failure. We have increased the spline to 32-tooth, and upgraded the material to 300M aircraft alloy steel. Then, heat-treated with our exclusive two-step process for maximum strength. The shaft is shot peened and comes with the an enlarged 1”-20 flange nut, billet u-joint caps spacer and washers. No need to send in your old hubs for rework. The kit comes with new Timken™ hubs with 32 splines and metric press in studs. The shaft has the correct diameter for factory ABS ring. Everything that is required for a bolt in installation.  Installation - Service instructions can be found on Service Bulletin #0117.

• This kit is available using your present hubs which we re- broach. Please call or contact us to get a Return Authorization Number and lead time before sending in your current hubs.

**NOTE** If using this kit on the earlier 1984 to 1987 C4 Corvette without the ABS brake system, this is not a bolt-in conversion. It would be necessary to modify or use later model brake components to make this work. Shortening the tubular u-joint axle shafts would also be required.
