For 7/8" shaft with 1/16" groove. 1" diameter. Used for making steering stop support bearings for steering shafts. This part is used in conjunction with a 7/8" tube with a disc welded to one end and cross-bolt through the shaft to provide a stop for the 7/8" diameter shaft at the front of the driver's compartment. The 7/8" tube is then inserted into a 1/8" thick steel bracket that is welded to the top cross-tube in front of the driver's feet. The steel bracket is fabricated from the p/n 4130-125 sheet. A template for this bracket is included on plans for the dragster blue prints.
